Children Helping Injured Pets In Need (C.H.I.P.I.N.)

The Children Helping Injured Pets In Need (C.H.I.P.I.N.) fund was started to help injured pets that are strays, abandoned or a member of a low income family that would otherwise not be able to afford medical care. C.H.I.P.I.N. was developed by the staff of Shamrock Preschool with the intention to not only help injured pets in need but to also educate young children on the importance of compassion towards animals.

School Program

Jacaranda Animal Hospital Gives Back

In support of our community, and the children in our community, the staff of the Jacaranda Animal Hospital would like to announce the start of a program our office is providing. Our Schools Program is set up to give back to the facilities working with our local youth. Participation in this program is available to all local schools and child care providers and is free of charge. How the program works is easy. Jacaranda Animal Hospital will donate 5% of any appointment made by a parent of a child that attends your school. Jacaranda Animal Hospital will provide flyers to be sent home with the children once a month letting parents know about the program.  The parents simply notify us which school their child attends during their visit and then at the end of each month Jacaranda Animal Hospital will bring your school a check for that months donation along with the flyers to send home with the children for that month. We really believe that it is important to support the youth in our community and that the parents will want to help in any way they can as well. Seminars are free to local schools, clubs, churches, associations and organizations. We offer multimedia presentations for groups with those capabilities.
